KEY SUCCESS FACTORS OF 7 BUSINESSES

Hello everyone, today I would like to share with you a summary of the key success factors of 7 businesses and their leaders which I presented as part of the #hablemosbiendelasempresas #hablemosbiendelosempresarios iniciative, in Colombia. They have adapted to these difficult, changing and uncertain times.

These leaders, regardless of their industry, share a business purpose, are visionaries, passionate, they demand hard and permanent work, they have ethical and moral values that they practice daily in their organizations, add value to their stakeholders and help the development of the country.

Infinate thank you’s to these business individuals and wonderful human beings that I have had the privilege to meet within the framework of this great initiative of  Evaristo Piedrahita. They are:

 

Lina Abril and their company Dalius. A business that produces items in Leader by Colombian artisans. It was created solely as an Ecommerce enterprise and now it exports to various countries.

Rafael Serrano is the General Manager of Pronavicola the company that was established more than 40 years ago. They provide the best option in poultry genetics thus becoming the DNA of this important sector  in Colombia.

Claudia Maria Zuluaga Gomez , dentist with more than 25 years of experience and founder of the  Odontovida clinic in Cali. They offer a differential service with a team of 14 excellent professions.

Ricaurte Rivera Sierra is a business man, farmer,  leader of  the rice sector. He is the owner of  La Reserva de la Hacienda company which has been built by three generations and has differentiated itself with the protected designation of origin and the protected geographical indication labels by the European Union.

Miguel Fernando Castillo Zabala, self-taught business man who founded his company Sheffy 

in 1994. This business creates and sells sports cloths for different disciplines and regions of the country.

Tomas Jaramillo , Mateo Jaramillo y Jeannette Ramirez Villota  are a great team. They are the founders and directors of the company La Toma Acciones creativa  it focuses on developing projects and communication strategies to generate creative and experiential outputs.

Maria Elena Cure y Pedro Del Portillo are a couple of business people that founded their   Delicias Maja  company 34 years ago in Barranquilla. They produce and sell ready to consume snacks and a frozen line that can be found in supermarket chains. Thus, they belong to the gastronomic sector. Their Tufit brand caters to people that prefer healthy options and/ or have food restrictions.
