With more than 20 years of experience managing human talent in the public and private sectors—especially in multinational corporations in South America—since 2015, I have been dedicated to the fascinating world of coaching.
I earned my Master Business Coach certification in Spain, a comprehensive training program covering personal, executive, team, corporate coaching, and business facilitation. I also hold specialized certifications in entrepreneur coaching and personal branding.
Throughout my career at organizations such as Boehringer Ingelheim and Varta-Rayovac (Spectrum Brands), I successfully positioned the Human Resources area as a strategic pillar for business growth. I was responsible for talent development in nine countries across America and Europe, designing and implementing leadership programs for executives, middle management, and young talents, achieving tangible results in career development and key personnel retention.
Additionally, I led productivity improvement processes by intervening in structures, systems, and work dynamics, directly contributing to individual, team, and country performance. My role as a strategic partner focused on strengthening corporate culture, aligning HR strategy, and creating positive work environments, with measurable impacts on key indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
My entrepreneurial journey began after completing an Executive MBA in Argentina. With enthusiasm, I transformed an academic project into a real business, representing European fashion brands in Argentina for eight years, while successfully positioning my personal brand in the luxury segment.
I lived in Germany for over 12 years, where the dream of Euro Business Coach became a reality. Since then, I have worked as a coach in various specialized areas, continuously expanding my expertise in agile methodologies applied to individuals and teams.
Since 2024, I have been based in Spain, where I continue to support leaders, teams, businesses, and entrepreneurs in their professional and personal transformation processes. I am a psychologist specialized in Human Resources and hold an MBA from IAE Business School (Argentina).
