I have more than 25 years of professional experience in Human Talent Management, achieving results in transformation and business growth processes.
I have worked as Human Talent Manager at Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores, Human Resources Director at Universidad EAN, Human Resources Manager at Geophysical Acquisition & Processing Services (GAPS), Human Resources Director at Bolsa de Valores de Bogotá, Human Development Manager at Banco Sudameris, and Training and Continuous Improvement Manager at Bancolombia.
I have been an associate and full professor at Universidad EAN, as well as a postgraduate lecturer at various universities in Colombia, including La Sabana, Santo Tomás, UIS, Universidad de Manizales, Unillanos, Konrad Lorenz, among others.
I hold a doctorate (Cum Laude) in Business Sciences from Universidad Antonio de Nebrija in Spain, an MBA from the University of Wollongong in Australia, a specialization in Human Resources Management from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de América in Colombia.
I have received recognitions and awards for my work at institutions such as Universidad EAN, Bancolombia, ACRIP, and most recently, in 2017, I was awarded the “ÓSCAR ALVEAR URRUTIA” prize by FIDAGH (Federación Interamericana de Asociaciones de Gestión Humana) in the research category.
I have participated in the design and development of business training programs as an academic coordinator and lecturer for companies such as Alpina, Jennos Pizza, Winner Group, General Command of the Colombian Armed Forces (Army, Navy, and Air Force), National Police, RCN Radio, Fenalco (Villavicencio and Neiva), Fiduprevisora, Cisa, Empresa de Energía de Cundinamarca, and COLCOB.
Additionally, I have been a speaker in corporate training programs for companies such as Bancóldex, Acolfa, Asocentro, Fecolsep, Banco Agrario, Cámara de la Confección, Grantierra, and the Bogotá District Secretariat.
