Team coaching enables teams to identify and address their challenges over a coaching programme – resulting in deep learning and sustainable change. Your  team can develop together, clarify its purpose, goals and ways of working, reconnect with stakeholders and better understand their needs, and identify powerful new ways to contribute to its organisation’s success. The Bronze package is comprised of four sessions where we work on and improve key success factors for the team.

Team Coaching consists of an accompaniment process by which your team analyzes and develops the elements that constitute it, to end up establishing the rules of relationship, commitment and action plans that allow them to function as a high performance team. Improve effectiveness and alignment, accountability among team members and support alliances.

We work with your team to promote greater self-knowledge and coexistence, generate cohesion and unity, improving communication, trust and leadership, developing positive relationships that influence the results and competencies of productivity or efficiency, developing action plans to achieve high performance sustained over time.

All sessions  last an hour and are made via video call with your chosen platforms such as Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
